Job Description
- Provide Remote desktop management services on Windows operating
systems and standard applications over phone, email and chat.
- Resolve customer queries on both technical and process related issues in a
24x7 corporate IT support environment.
- Continually develop technical and process efficiency as required by the
evolving customer environment and act as the face of the IT Service
Management team.
- Strong listening and analytical skills to understand issues of the
customer and deal with the professionally and patiently.
- Ability to think out of the box and go beyond the call of duty in ensuring
customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Exposure to troubleshooting and resolving issues within Windows OS
environment and standard MS applications, e.g. Office.
- Foundation in computer hardware and basic networking with specific
understanding of IP addressing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to
multi-task
- Good learning skills with an aptitude to consistently improve them on a daily
basis.
