Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical functions in accordance with standard.
• Applies advanced skills as well as adapts procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the requirements of the position. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity
• Researches and resolves various adjustments and exceptions utilizing a number of reports and back office systems with minimal support.
• Ensure that the cases assigned are processed as per procedures
• Ensure that the targets are assigned in accordance with the SLAs are met
• Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
• Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to the TL/AM
• Provide the relevant process reports on a on a daily basis
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
• Provide process training to new team members to improve their performance levels
• He/She must possess the ability to recognize and/or coordinate resolution of customer impact issues
• He/She must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, and ever-changing environment, without compromising customer delight

Desired Profile:

Required Skillsets:

• Qualification: Commerce graduates / Post graduates (Mcom, MBA –Finance)
• Decent Communication skills (Written & Oral)
• Good Domain knowledge (Accounting & Banking knowledge)
• Basic computer knowledge( MS office)
• Keyboard skills (Min. 25wpm)
• 0 – 36 months of total work experience
• Flexible to work in night shifts
