*Willing to work in rotating shifts including night shift.
*Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
*Ensure one time call resolution.
*Answer inbound calls.
*Maintain accuracy of information given and documented.
*Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.
*Should be able to work in rotational night shifts .
*Reply to customer's queries by email.
