Key Result Areas

Sales

â Achieve the Productivity & FYP Targets
â Acquire New Customer through following:
â Natural market
â References
â Up- sell & Cross Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated.
â Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc.

Relationship Management

â Render service to all allocated customers
â Adhere to the customer touch-point engagement in order to service his portfolio of customers.
â Maintaining the desired persistency ratio.

Customer orientation & reporting/ (MIS)

â Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model.
â Adhere to Activity management framework advised
â Follow â up on their database / leads provided by Lead Management System (Orphan/ New Prospects.
â Update the LMS (Lead management System) on a daily basis.
â Adhering to the Training Road map.
â Providing timely reports to the Supervisor / Area manager as per the requirement.
â Adhering to the TALIC code of conduct.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Desired

Qualification Graduate Post Graduate (MBA or relevant degrees)
Experience @ TALIC Minimum 1 â 2 years of experience in Sales Fresh Post Graduates
